CONTACT
Ready to book a meet & greet?
I'd be happy to meet with you for a free 30-minute virtual consultation. We'll get to know each other, talk about what you're looking for, and decide together whether BearMind feels like the right fit.
Do you have questions first? Fill out this brief contact form on this page and send it in.
Want to reach out but don't know what to say? We got you. You can use this short script to get started and we'll take it from there:
“Hi, I’m interested in therapy and would like to connect with you. I’m not totally sure what I need yet, but I know I could use some support.”
Need directions to the office for your in-person appointment? See below for our office location.
I’ll be in touch within 1 business day (Monday-Friday) of receiving your message.
Location & Parking
BearMind is located in Unit 6 at 95 Manitoba Street, in the heart of Bracebridge, right across the street from the old library and Old Station restaurant.
There is parking here and here and here. Come on in, and you’ll find both hot and cold beverages waiting for you to bring into your session.
Indigenous Land Acknowledgment
BearMind Therapy is located in Muskoka, on lands that have been traditionally cared for by Indigenous Peoples for generations.
We acknowledge that this region is part of the traditional territory of the Anishinaabeg, including the Ojibwe, Odawa, and Potawatomi peoples, collectively known as the Three Fires Confederacy. We also recognize the historic presence and ongoing contributions of the Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee, Métis, Inuit, and other Indigenous peoples connected to this land.
In Bracebridge, these lands are connected to the Williams Treaties of 1923 and the Robinson-Huron Treaty of 1850. We acknowledge these histories not as a formality, but as part of the work of remembering, learning, and taking responsibility for the relationships we inherit by living and working here.
We are grateful to be here, and we honour the Indigenous peoples who have cared for these lands and waters, and who continue to shape this community today.
